A. Our rates as of the 1st of April, 2009 are as follows (please note that all costs shown are exclusive of GST):
Call centre
$50 per 20mins or part thereof plus parts.
Credit Card details (Visa or M/C) and payment for initial 20mins to be collected prior to commencement. Additional charges will be billed at end of call.
Onsite
General Technician, $50 per 20mins or part thereof, plus parts - 1 hour minimum. Specialist Technician, from $60 per 20mins or part thereof, plus parts - 1 hour minimum. Payment (by Visa or M/C) must be collected at end of job.
Offsite Repairs
General Technician, $50 per 20 mins or part thereof, plus parts - 1 hour minimum. Specialist Technician, from $60 per 20 mins or part thereof, plus parts - 1 hour minimum. A deposit of 50% of the quoted repairs is to be collected (by Visa or M/C) prior to commencement. The remainder to be paid prior to collection or upon delivery.
Additional Disbursement & Other Charges
Parking is charged at cost plus a 5% processing fee.
Weekends and outside normal office hours - additional 50%.
Travel Outside Sydney metropolitan, by our vehicle - $12.50 per 15 mins or part thereof. By any other means is at the client’s own expense.
Accommodation is at the client's expense.
Delivery – Sydney metropolitan next day $10 per carton (max 20kg)
