Remote Access

Here at 1800 IT HELP we want to make it as quick and easy as possible to get your computer problem resolved. That’s why we have developed this simple little program that with a few clicks of the mouse will allow us to remotely control your computer and see what’s going on.

Our remote access program is completely secure, you are always in control and once the session has ended we have no further way of accessing your computer – unless you decide to connect up to us again. The program does not require any installation and as long as you can use a mouse and have an internet connection (of any kind) we should be able to help you.
